Pours a slightly unfiltered amber color with a bigger, stable head.
Smells of yeast, copper and wet carrots among dried garden herbs.
Drinks light and refreshing with a bubbly, effervescent finish.
Tastes of white bread dough, crackers, lighter, dry herbs and an uprising, sweet caramel sweetness. Turns a little more metallic then, which manages to tone down the overall sweetness a little, with more dry hops emerging. Finishes sweet, earthy and rustic with a prevailing caramel appearance.
Solid, sweet Kellerbier with a pleasantly smooth mouthfeel.
