16FL. OZ can
Served in a snifter
This beer pours black and is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves spotty lacing.
The cocoa its my nostrils first. Then comes the raspberry. Vanilla is the last of the trio that I detect. I also get roasted malt.
The cocoa is upfront and carries throughout the taste. The raspberry comes in the middle and lingers in the aftertaste. The vanilla, once again, is the hardest for me to sense. The finish has a baker's cocoa flavor with a little bit of bitterness that evens out the moderate sweetness of this beer.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
This beer is rough around the edges. Any beer that reminds me of one of my homebrew attempts comes across to me that way every time. It just seems unrefined. I had not heard of this brewery and took a flyer on their mixed four pack. It is not terrible. I just feel it needs dialed in.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This mighty brew pours a
dark brownish black with a nice head of tan foam that settles
to a thick big bubbled ring, thick clumping layer, and shows
some nice lacing. Nose of dark sweet chocolate, moderate
char and roast, light vanilla, and subtle strawberry. Flavors
surpass the nose with a nicely presented blend of chocolate,
light char, moderately deep roasted malts, strawberry, and
balanced vanilla with touches of dark coffee. Nice mouth feel;
medium full body, light carbonation, smooth, and finishing
faintly dry and ending with a lingering bitter malt note.
Overall, a solid brew from a newer to the scene brewery!
Cheers

16 ounce can, date of 03/02/2021 printed on the bottom. Since this is a pretty new release I'm guessing the canning date was February 3rd, 2021. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with not quite an inch tan head that stayed around a while. Good amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like strawberry syrup, vanilla, cream, bittersweet chocolate and roasted malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also a hint of coffee and burnt/charred malt flavors too. All the flavors are well balanced here, to me none of them overpower the others and they all mesh well. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick and smooth with a moderate amount of carbonation. Overall I liked this brew, thought it was noticeably better compared to the other variants in this mixed pack. $13.99 as part of their mixed 4-pack along with the cacao, vanilla and strawberry versions.
