16oz can poured into a tulip.
Pours almost black; light khaki head that fades leaving decent retention and nice lacing.
The aromas are on the mild and subtle side. Mild spice along with some hints of cocoa. Lots of malts. The aromas open up a bit as it warms.
The flavors are bolder than the nose. I'll start off by saying that I'm picking up a nice amount of banana which was unexpected but enjoyable. Some graham crackers. More subtle spice flavors, but there's actually a nice subtle spiciness going on. Some chocolate coming through. The coffee notes aren't strong but are ultimately noticeable, especially in the finish. Moderate sweetness along with a solid bitterness. Flavors are bittersweet. Strong malt backbone. Mild warmth but the alcohol is still well hidden.
Mouthfeel is nice. It's full-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy, creamy, velvety, and smooth.
This is a decent brew, but it's not quite what I was expecting from a "pumpkin spice latte stout". The pumpkin spices and coffee notes are pretty subdued, but it still remains bold. It's still fun to drink and is ultimately enjoyable for what it is.

All of the adjuncts are much more subtle on this one which makes it a little average to me but others might really love that the base stout still shines through. It's a good beer I just would like to taste the other ingredients a little more, otherwise I'll just get a normal imperial stout lol. Solid offering though for the season

16 ounce can, no dating that I noticed on it but pretty sure it was released over the past month or so. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch frothy tan head that stuck around a while. Good amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, allspice and burnt/charred malt. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also some dark bread and earthy flavors noticeable too. Taste is more roasty than the aroma led me to believe, but that's not a complaint by any means. Still have the pumpkin spice flavor, just more coffee/roasty tasting than I was expecting. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full (maybe closer to medium), it's coating and easy to drink with a good amount of carbonation. Certainly worth trying if you like coffee and/or pumpkin stouts!
