This new recipe features Weyermann Barke Pilsner malt and Tettnang hops added in both the mash and the whirlpool plus a small measure of Magnum hops. Naturally carbonated via a process called spunding and then layered for close to six weeks, this ones got a strong hop aroma on the nose and a crisp taste.
