German for "cooperation" Zusammenarbeit is a project we brewed with Drawing Board Brewing Company out of Florence, MA.
Featuring a very drinkable body & character, with aromas of spiced bread, banana bread & clove, followed by a round malty mouthfeel with medium malt character accentuated with clove & banana yeast characteristics, perfect for drinking out of our .5L Weissbeer glasses.

This was surprisingly crystal clear, looking like a dunkel kristalweizen. It is really tasty though, light banana and cocoa plus some wet hay. There are nearly enough examples of this style around.

Poured from a 16 oz can purchased at the brewery no date
A - Dark mahogany color, excellent cap of tight knit froth. as the procedings continue a lingering ring clings to the glass.
S - Clove, banana, dark toast, earthy hops
T - Hints of caramel, pumpernickle, sweet fig jam, earthy woodsy
M - Lite on the palate, with a slightly sweet start , that quickly shifts, then dark bread, and a slight hint of molasses
O - A very enjoyable, and quite drinkable offering from this talented brewer. lagers are a strong suit here, and this does not dissapoint.

From a 16oz can, undated. Purchased at the brewery 03/25/23. Served in a willi becher glass.
Pours oak-brown, looking in colour much like a strong cup of tea, fizzy with minimal head formation. There’s a barely rousable, thin and slippery sheet of lacing but mostly it’s pretty lifeless in appearance.
Nose is warm and bready. Aroma of warm banana bread.
Taste is just how it smells: warm and spicy, yeasty-bready, earthy. Tasting banana, allspice and cloves. Gritty-dirty earthiness and a chalky funk. Banana bread nails it.
Feel is surprisingly bright and lively despite appearances. Medium-thin bodied with fine, fizzy carbonation.
Here’s a nice change from my otherwise steady diet of NEIPA’s. This was a treat on tap at the brewery and equally good a day later out of a can.
