Poured from a 16 oz can packaged this week, purchased at the brewery.
A - Pours a beautiful light straw gold, gentle and determined carbonation feed a thin white cap.
S - A bit of citrus and pine, with a lovely biscuit malt thread. Add a kiss of sulphur.
T - A bit of peppery hop, again with a noble hop element, touch of lemongrass, white pepper. Baguette crust
M - Light on the palate, borders on the sweet side, then a mineral wave and nice bitter snap moves the needle.
Dry finish with a bit of that sulphur reapearing
O - A very good, and quite drinkable Kolsch style.

From a 16oz can, undated. Purchased at the brewery 03/25/23. Served in a stange.
Pours a brilliant, crystalline, sunshiney gold with two fingers of bubbly head. Retention is wholly unremarkable but leaves a thin, sudsy cap and collar and a slippery sheet of thin lacing.
Nose is peppery, fruity. Aroma is vaguely reminiscent of apple juice.
Taste is fruity, and spicy with a twist of lemon. Tasting white pepper, lemon peel, bread roll and apple. The ingredients say it’s just pilsner malt in there but I’m getting a prominent spicy wheat/almost sour rye tang that dominates the finish and carries out into the aftertaste.
Feel is crisp as advertised, at least at the start. Medium-plus bodied with ample fine carbonation and a drying, tannic finish.
Overall, a credible kölsch-style beverage, spot-on to the style.
