Dark Dark is an oak aged stout brewed to be a big oak, vanilla and cacao infused experience. So how do we brew with "oak, vanilla, and cacao"? Well, I literally cut and scrape hundreds of vanilla beans by hand, bag those with medium toast oak chips and cacao nibs (the outer shell of cocoa beans) and then add it all directly to the beer after fermentation is done. This process adds an incredibly unique and balanced expression of these ingredients to the finished beer. The result? An extremely drinkable 10% abv with balanced notes of chocolate, chocolate cake, vanilla, and light coffee and oak-y tannin.

Pours a brownish black with a tiny head and negligible lacing.
Smells and tastes of toasted malt, coffee, chocolate and caramel with a lightly bitter and boozy warm finish.
Medium body with very light carbonation. Lush syrupy mouthfeel.
This is a simple , straight forward , not too sweet stout.
