We brewed this American IPA with Midwest-grown barley and one of our favorite hops on the planet: Simcoe.
It is clean, classic, and expresses notes of citrus and crisp pine.

Appearance: After a lengthy bubble show, the head settles in at three fingers over the cloudy honey colored liquid; excellent retention with clumps of lacing
Smell: Dank and piney with stone fruit and melon complementing
Taste: Dank and piney flavors predominate from start to finish with hints of stone fruit and melon softening the profile; moderate to high bitterness; some malt flavors merge into the finish, as well
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Well-constructed and more traditional in the flavor profile though it looks like a hazy
