Inspired by the British Isles and brewed in collaboration with our friends at Piper's Pub in the South Side of Pittsburgh, PA. It is comprised of the finest UK-grown malted barley, wheat, and a blend of Citra & East Kent Golding hops. Pub Stillage was created to be enjoyed comfortably amongst friends --- As is Tradition.

Clear yet murky yellow body, two fingers of white foam that settles into a consistent one finger head, with sporadic lacing. Grassy hops with lemon zest, bread innards, and dry yeast make up the simpler aroma bouquet. Taste has a higher hop content that is not overly bitter. The dry yeast drives this though, lemon pith, grass, rustic bread, a hint of straw, and super bright malts round out the taste. Feel is light and airy with dry yeast raining down by the end of the sip with a hop bite that is playful, but is a touch thin

16oz can from Tavour. Clear, golden pour, bubbly head fades to large islands of tight foam. Sweet, grainy aroma, bread. Taste follows with more sweet, tasty bready flavors. Creamy and smooth. Really, really enjoyable and only 4%!
