Our single decoction 11° Pale Lager, brewed with floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malted barley and Czech Saaz hops.

Clear pale gold with a tall, airy white foam head.
Slightly spicier on the nose than the German, perhaps more in the grass or allium vein, but appropriately nondescript.
This is all also true in flavor, less forward of those particular hop characteristics, perhaps actually less dry and bitter than Zwiefacher though, with a little more rounded malt, yet too nondescript, perhaps giving some white grape and fainter cornbread accented by a touch of almond.
Commendably clean and chuggable, this is refreshing yet fulfilling at once.
