16oz can purchased at the brewpub/brewery. Handwritten date on label is '8-4'.
Black colored body. Two fingers of light tan head. Leaves behind scattered spots of lacing.
Aroma of roasted chocolate oak malts.
Taste is sweet, with a touch of roasted char. Oat malt, cream, and dark chocolate. Coffee and caramel mix in.
Medium mouth feel, with a creamy texture. Coffee bitterness. Good carbonation.
For those that like chocolate and dark roasted coffee in their oatmeal stout.
