This one pours a dark-ish orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like pine, bready and caramel malt, orange zest, and weed.
This is a little bit astringent and malty - their "Trappist-style" Belgian beers are much more enjoyable. There's a malty sweetness and a weedy astringent bitterness here. I do like the bit of clove and orange-ish hop character here, but the other stuff detracts on my end.
This is light bodied, crisp, but not super clean. It's not the most drinkable beer ever.
This was quite easily the weakest of the three beers I tried from this young brewery. Despite the low rating here on this specific IPA, they have loads of potential, and I can't wait to visit again.
