From Beer Drop, canned October 23rd 2025.
Pours dark amber with a healthy head of foam, good retention and lacing
Smell is some malty sweetness, nutmeg, allspice, hints of clove.
Taste is malty sweetness, nutmeg, allspice, clove, all in a pleasant balance. If you're a fan of well executed spiciness, this is it.
Medium bodied with good amount of carbonation, I would drink this again.

Pours bright copper and is gem clear with garnet highlights. An off-white head briefly reaches one quarter inch before collapsing within a minute. A ring of fine foam leaves no lacing initially, however, later on leaves a constellation of falling stars after each sip.
The spices are very strong and unmistakably similar to mulled cider. The Pretentious Glass Company Imperial Snifter showcases the clove, allspice, and nutmeg quite nicely. Any malt aroma is completely obscured.
Initial sweetness is quickly reigned in by the spices and light bitterness. As expected from the aroma, clove, allspice, and nutmeg are prominently featured. The malt, however, does show up in a long, mild finish, accompanied by mild astringency.
The alcohol presence is as expected. The carbonation is soft. It has a silky smooth texture and light body.
The label states "mild spice" yet I found the spicing to be quite strong. This is a Christmassy beer, more akin to the modern spritely elf than the soulful, old world Christmas beers.
