Fruited Gose with sea salt, coriander, lemon peel, and hibiscus added to the whirlpool. Tart cherry and lime added late in phermentation.

8 oz pour at the brewery. Pours a light cherry red with a small off-white head. Very little retention or lacing. Aroma and flavor feature cherry up front with almost no lime. Tart with some interesting earthy notes going on, almost like a wine amaro. Hints of oak, vanilla, and spice. An interesting beer, although I'm not sure why it had to be 8% abv.
