Saison aged in White Wine Barrels with fresh sweet cherries added from Milburn Orchards located in Elkton, Maryland. A lovely balance of cherry, wine, funk, oak, and Belgian character.

8 oz pour at the brewery. Pours a clear cherry red with a small off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature lots of slightly sweet cherry, vanilla, slightly bitter/astringent oak, and a hint of funk. Not very tart. Interesting, but not as complex as I'd been hoping for.
