Aged for a year in Sagamore Spirit 52% barrels. Complex, sticky, sweet, and loads of notes from barrel aging.

6 oz draft pour at Lures Bar & Grille. Pours a medium copper color with a fizzy off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature Scotch, caramel malt, vanilla, a hint of dried fruit (raisin, fig), light citrus hops, and some alcohol heat. Mouthfeel is a bit thin, but hides the abv pretty well. Overall it's a solid BA Scotch Ale but not quite top-tier.
