Saison aged in Dodon Vineyards Wine Barrels. Dry hopped with Strata and Citra after unbarreling. A complex blend of classic saison notes, wine, oak, and stone fruit sure to take you on a stair way to the stars to step into space.

On tap at the brewery. It's hard to believe there's no actual fruit here - the stone fruit flavor is very strong (I get mostly nectarine). It doesn't come across as a "hoppy saison" other than the stone fruit. Otherwise, the typical estery saison and oak/white wine notes are predominant, with some background citrus and spice. Overall, a unique and tasty beer!
