Blonde Quinoa Alt

Pours a hazed dirty copper with a little bit of bubbly head and scant lacing.
In the taste, grains and caramel, cereal, almost an corny adjunct flavor from the use of quinoa, but not overpowering. Light herbal hop bitterness. Tea like, herbal, and lightly sweet. Medium bodied feel with a moderate carbonation.
Overall, this is a decent brew using Quinoa. Had a fresh taste like grainy
corn that was unique. Pretty drinkable, and unoffensive. An interesting pint to drink, but drinkable nonetheless.

Pours a hazy light gold with a white lacing for a head.
Smells of light citrus and a bit of honey sweetness. Wheat-like malts.
Light citrus flavors with a light pleasant honey sweetness and some grainy malty sweetness not unlike corn, but distinct from corn all the same. Obviously the quinoa. Clean tasting.
Light body with a tingly carbonation on the tongue.
A surprisingly good and refreshing light brew, tends towards a wheat ale more than anything, but has some distinct elements as well, and goes down real easy. Definitely worth trying.
