64 oz. growler poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Pale clear golden orange. Almost no head. Rail thin collar.
Smell - Popcorn and some acidity. Grainy aroma. Brett. Fruity and estery. A hint of acetic acid.
Taste - Very grainy. Wheat. Berliner-like lactic sourness, which is strange for a brett beer. More acetic in the finish.
Mouthfeel - Low carbonation. Moderate sourness.
Overall - Weird beer and I can't tell where it wants to go.

Interesting beer. Very earthy overall with mild Brett influence. Smooth funk with really mild citrus tones in there. I could got for more of this easy enough.

Palate light to medium, watery, soft carbonation

Pours a hazed deep straw color with a small white head. Retention is weak.
Aroma has cereal grains, bread and sourness.
The taste has lemon citrus and fair tartness. Grains, cereal and must. The lemon aspect is both like fresh lemon juice as well as rind. Brett and lacto afoot here standing strong, souring the beer efficiently.
Light to medium bodied and aggressively carbonated.
Overall, a nice little tart beer, I'd have it again.
