Appears a copper amber tone with an off white creamy head nice full of sturdy patches of lace. Aroma contains a nice hop aroma can't pinpoint but I detect cascade and maybe another variety utilized here. Balanced with a slightly caramel sweet malt profile in the bacground. Taste reminds me of my first homebrew in some ways especially in the bready yeast department. Piney hops providing syrupy bittersweet flavor profile when balanced with the malt used here. Mouthfeel contains a creamy texture medium in body solid for the style. Drinkability is good better as it warms, a quality session at 5 % and I must say this one had to grow on me especially considering I had a sample of the cask version before trying this draft version. By the way if availbable on cask when your there get it on cask, believe me much more quaffable.
