Head removed by bartender – what remains is 2 mm light tan ring and layer
Lacing excellent – complete rings of tiny bubbles
Body dark brown/black, opaque
Flavor roasted malt, hint of dark chocolate, slightly bitter, very dry; no hops, no alcohol, no diacetyl
Palate medium, dry, lively carbonation
