Pours golden with a white head and decent clarity given the style. Aroma was sweet, sour and a little grainy. The heavily carbonated beer is mildly tart upfront and finishes grainy and dry. I gathered through research this one is brewed with apple, much of it fermented out. Medium to full bodied, yet crisp. A nice easy drinker.

Served on draft in 10 oz flute @ $ 6.00 ($ 0.60/oz)
Aroma – essentially none
Head removed by bartender – what remains is small, white, and frothy
Lacing poor – few small islands of tiny bubbles
Body light yellow, slight haze
Flavor – slightly sour, no definite flavor; this has apples added to the fermentation but is not at all cidery; no hops, no malt, no alcohol, no diacetyl
Palate light, dry, lively carbonation
Appearance 3.75, Aroma 3, Flavor 3.5, Palate 4, Overall 3.5
