Burnt brown with red-orange edges and a thin, soft tan creamy blanket and a thick collar.
Smell is woody, smoked hickory and walnut with ham, bacon and pumpernickel.
Taste is savory dark bread and smoked almonds. The smoke actually decreases over time, thankfully, with a semi-sweet zucchini bread nudging in.
200% Fit has a medium, wet round body, and is slightly crisp.
