$ 6.63 (Including tax)/16 oz glass ($ 0.415/oz) at Church Brew Works, Lawrenceville, PA. Reviewed 8/16/18.
Appearance – 4.
Body – Medium yellow, slight haze.
Head – Chopped by bartender. What remains is an off-white two mm ring and thin complete layer.
Lacing – Excellent. Complete wide rings of curtain lacing.
First pour – N/A.
Aroma – 3 – Very weak grapefruit.
Flavor – 3 - Moderately bitter with a weak citrus flavor. A bit of malt is also present. Leaves a bitter aftertaste with an average hangtime. No alcohol, no diacetyl, no dimethylsulfide.
Palate – 3 – Medium, watery, soft carbonation.
Impression and interpretation – 3 – Another average IPA from Church.
