"CBW teamed up with Nubyjas Wilborn (Pirates sports writer/Post Gazette) to create an Ethiopian Breakfast Stout. First we brewed an Imperial Stout and barrel aged it 3 months. Secondly, we brewed our very own Ethiopian honey wine called "Tej" and blended them together. Lastly, we used an Ethiopian coffee called Yirgacheffe and blended after a cold press. All the flavors of chocolate, coffee, gesho, vanilla, and honey are present and work harmoniously. Savor this one - as it warms, more flavors come through. We recommend it be around 55 degrees for maximum flavor."
