Got a growler fill at my local place for 9 bucks. Decent!
A - Dark amber, darker than expected with a solid inch of fluffy bubbly head.
S - Slight yeast and hops with a sugar like fruit character. Like stated weird berry indeed.
T - Quite creamy. Yeast is subdued but mildly chalky. Good hop presence and fruit is balanced in the brew well.
M - Light to medium bodied. Pretty drinkable.
D - I liked it. The yeast and fruit character worked well together along with a solid hop base. A nice brew from Church Breworks!

A - Pours a perfectly clear amber color with a soapy off white head that leaves a solid lacing.
S - Aroma is lacking, when a deep whiff is taken you can pick up some yeastiness typical of the style.
T - Taste is very fruity with an odd berry flavor and then with a the typical steam beer yeast and dryness expected in a steam beer.
M/D - Mouthfeel is full, rich and creamy. The beer slides down the throat wonderfully with very little aftertaste. A very drinkable beer that is light enough to serve to the unitiated but full flavored.
