On tap @ D's Six Packs in Monroeville.
Clear golden. Scant head.
Nice yeasty bready aroma but the hops were a bit too faint.
Hops are clean and bitter, maybe a bit too pronounced, nice malty backbone to this once it warms up a little. Good balance.
Crisp and bright mouthfeel. Carbonation medium. Light/medium body.
This is a very drinkable beer. Tasty, refreshing, and recommended.

Church Brew Works : Saazsquatch
55 IBU, 5.2% ABV
Ontap at the brewery. Pours a bright straw in color, soapy foam forms then recedes away fairly quickly. Aroma of saaz hops, and something I can best describe as fruity pebbles, alittle odd but whatever. In the taste, a nice rounded bitterness, earthy hops, and a subtle fruityness. Lighter bodied feel, not as crisp as I would expect from an import but fair enough. Overall, a decent pilsner style beer, highlights the Saaz hop pretty well.
