Had on tap at Hough's Sport Bar. On the chalk board, it was "carmel" not "caramel" so maybe caramel wasn't supposed to be a key flavor in this at all.
A-dark brown with a lack of head
S-dark malts and anise. very faint and syrupy
T-comes in with a fairly sweet taste of syrupy dark malts and chocolate. there's a slight roasted caramel hint to it. it has a slight anise taste to it as well, especially in the after-taste.
M-dry medium to high carbonation with a dry finish
O-doesn't taste like it has quality ingredients, its very adjunct tasting almost. its drinkable but i don't recommend it, and i probably won't be getting it again.
