tap
Pours a light slightly hazy lemon color. Small white head dissipates quickly. Lots of bubbles rising.
Smells of light, mild wheat and tart lemon citrus and lemon zest.
Very light wheat flavor with a very tart lemony zing, fruity and not astringent.
Light body with light carbonation.
A very interesting sour German ale, my first in the style, and I liked it. It's pretty light which makes it easy to drink and session if you like sour beers. I would like to have this again a few times so I hope they continue to make it for a while.
