Meticulously brewed with all German ingredients, our detail-oriented friends will find a bright spot in this pilsner. Biscuity German malt aromatics, and the pleasant fragrance of German hops showcase notes of earl grey spice, lemon zest, and alpine flowers. This dry, highly carbonated refresher drinks crisp and crackery, with firmly refreshing bitterness and floral, spicy hop notes from Saphir, Tettnang, and Hallertau Mittlefruh noble hops.

Bright, clear, light yellow body; beautifully abundant small bubble carbonation; nice head, white, dense and and frothy. Heavenly aroma; light, bright sweetness on the nose, nearly floral; very subtle light malt suggestion. Light malt flavor with a sharp hop bitterness; cracker; keen mineral quality. Medium-light body; crisp and refreshing; delicate sweetness throughout.
This German-style pilsner is pretty much spot on. A well-balanced and extremely drinkable beer.
Poured out at 49 °F; no canning date seen on the can.

Crystal clear pale golden body with a large pearl white head and sporadic lacing. Hoppy pilsner nose with lots of citrus zests, especially lemon, flowers, german yeast, and biscuit. Taste is much the same, while strongly hopped it artfully integrate with the malt and especially the bready yeast on the palate. Feel is light, crisp, pale, soft and firmly hopped, delicate and artful for the style. Nice new world take and debut
