I have had more Oktoberfest-style beers this year than ever. So much variation, and all so drinkable. This one is on the sweet side, but warm and flavorful with a little hoppy scratch. It pours a lovely crystal clear amber with plenty of foam in the chalice. Inviting aroma of roasted malt with straw and a whiff of green herbs. Malty flavor with a resiny touch. It's just so well balanced, smooth, and easy to drink. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's Brewing. Canned the week of September 11, 2023.
