To emulate the style specifities of an Austrian Pilsner, we replicated their water profile while utilizing Styrian Golding hops. Subtly sweet malt aromas blend with floral & spicy hop notes, and a balanced bitterness gives way to a rounded palate with soft malt character and mild mineral accents.

Handsome golden brew with plenty of foam in the Duvel tulip. It is malty to start, even a little sweet, but nicely balanced with some hoppy bite. Light body with plenty of spritz and a crisp, dry finish. Fragrant with cereal, resiny notes, and something like alfalfa. The aftertaste is distinctly, but elegantly, bitter. This is actually one of the better PIlsner-style brews I've had. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's.
