We've been itching to brew a DDH IPA IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY. This 7.2% Westie features Mosaic, Citra, Mosaic Cryo, Strata, Cashmere, and Idaho 7 for a 1-2 punch of wonderful citrus and stonefruit flavors. Aromas of peach, orange, and kumquat pop out of the clear, light gold pour, followed by flavors of tangerine and grapefruit with a slight cannabis kick. A medium-high bitterness and dry finish keep every sip a refreshing journey worthy of savoring in every possible way.

Pours a clean, clear looking golden beer with much carbonation and a big fluffy head. The smell is just right, WC all the way. The taste is fantastic, again righteous WC all the way. This is a great IPA. Please! May I have another! @RaulMondesi
