Do you see our newest beer? It's HIDDEN IN THE STARS. A 5% German-style Pilsner with Saphir and Tettnang hops that shines as crystal clear as the celestial bodies that inspired it. Aromas of freshly baked sourdough bread, hay, black tea, and lemon peel float off of a superbly retained head of white foam. There's a firm bitterness that defies the gravity between the pils malt breadiness and the floral, earl grey character derived from the noble hops. Imbibe the interstellar

Hidden In The slStars… Ok, like what? Some sort of gas and mercury or something? (Raul was not good at astronomy). I mean, I’m looking, but I’m not finding. Still, that’s ok. Not every kid can be king/queen of the Easter egg hunt, you know? Just like not every beer can pop like a super nova - even though it talks about stars and shit. This beer is fine. But nowhere am I near lost in some sort of Walden kind of wonder.

real good can of beer here, old world still but also seems modern to me, layered and complex, not necessarily hoppy, but with some soft fruity elements, seems real fresh, awesome and distinctive grain profile for a beer this generally standard in that regard, mild and mellow feeling, not crazy bubbly but it doesnt need to be, the body is light, it feels almost whipped, real pleasant drinker that takes on more from the yeast and the hops as it warms a bit, excellent execution here. blonde as can be, really light, yellow and short white headed. grassy in the nose, light spiciness from the hops, proofing pizza dough from the lager yeast, nice minerality, not crazy crisp but i wouldnt change it, a note of chamomile or something earthy like that, softly floral, almost slightly wheaty on the grain side, heart for being this light, nice overall balance, i like it being fermentation forward. the flavor is the same, maybe somewhat less complex, but it is different than the standard, cool water chemistry, not so snappy even with the late hops, but i like the flow this has, and the flavors are awesome, white florals, bready yeast, wet stone, light lemongrass, a light noble tea note, really light body and easy to drink even though it has some length. just me second from these guys, really good.

Clear amber brew with abundant foam in the Tripel Karmeliet tulip. Aroma of grapes, straw, alfalfa, and a hint of sourdough in the nose. Bright and tangy with a lively mouthfeel and the taste of malt to start. Slightly sweet with a malty, bready taste. Modest touch of hops, with a bit of green herb and some lemon. Quite tasty, though maybe not the freshest flavor. Still, it's another reason to try whatever Radiant puts out. From the 16 oz can, not dated.
