Our beer memories are filled with fondness for the simpler times, coursing through our DREAMS OF YOUTH. But perhaps with our beer-tinged age comes some beer-soaked experience. Take for example, creating a Pale Ale that pays homage to the old while drawing inspiration from the new. A 5.5% modern day memory which incorporates Mosaic and Citra while throwing in Amarillo CGX and Idaho 7 hops. It pours a reminiscent clear yellow hue but bursts with aromas of tropical fruit and tangerine whilst still emanating those familiar scents of dank. It's dry, well carbonated, and slightly bitter, but also hosts notes of pineapple and citrus to contrast the light touches of malt. Come embrace the newness of old.
