Pours a deep amber with a shade of orange, and plenty of foam in the New Belgium snifter. Aroma is all kinds of fruit with citrus in the lead. A little malty sweetness with the sudsy and lively mouthfeel. Tastes of berries, lime, pineapple, with Hawaiian Punch in the finish. The ADHA 1631 experimental hop is quite full of juicy fruit flavors. Fairly bitter in the aftertaste. This is an intriguing IPA well worth trying by those who enjoy expanding their hop horizons. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. It's fresh, too, canned the week of May 27, 2024.
