Stout aged in Stagg Jr barrels for 41 months blended with stout aged in W.L. Weller 12yr Barrels for 32 months then conditioned on Ghana Kome cacao nibs, Texas Hill Country pecans, Honey Oat granola, and salt.

8 ball black with a dark tan head that quickly disperses to a fuzzy collar over a taut syrupy surface.
Damn that's a potent one. All the pastry is present, but so too is a wicked punch of whiskey barrel heat and spice.
Overall it's kind of like bourbon doused flan with pecans, or even German chocolate cake next to a full rocks glass. Yowza!
