Clear yellow amber with plenty of foam in the Piraat tulip. Aromatic with lemon pie and cantaloupe, plus alfalfa and cedar. Mouthfilling with plenty of carbonation. Bright, clean, and quite citrus-tasting. Strong and winey with hoppy fruit, darkening towards grilled peach and dried apricot. Moderate sweetness that fades into the slow blooming of the hop flavors. Most interesting is that for all these hops the end result is so delicious and easy-going. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Canned the week of Sept 22, 2024.
