We brewed this year's Fresh Hop IPA at THE SPEED OF NOW; from bine to brew in less than 12 hours. Sourcing beautiful farm-fresh Strata Hops from our friends at Indie Hops and Coleman Agriculture in Oregon, we've achieved a magical hop profile truly experienced only once a year. This absolutely singular brew brings in huge grapefruit aromatics with notes of nectarine, gummy melon candies, tangelo, and fresh cut grass. Amidst its medium bitterness you’ll find a subtle malt background contributed from wheat and a lighter-bodied, easy-drinking flavor explosion. Enjoy at your own speed.

a glorious ipa with fresh strata in it, one of the better wet strata beers ive had, wonderful stuff! its really simplicity at its fines, loads of great hops at peak, a simple grain base and neutral ferment, modern west coast for sure, middle of the road bitterness but its right with these hops, which are allowed to be their full selves in here, playfully fruity, melon and white peach and zested orange to me, all swirling in aroma and flavor, oily and brand new, but also this is dry and quick for what it is, has an almost lagered cleanliness and brisk pace about it, and is infinitely drinkable, so well refined, wow. blonde to golden colored, very clear, and a real high and lasting white head all wispy and effortless, gorgeous. the aroma and flavor hit with green grape and pear, big citrus with an orange bent, and things like lemongrass and lemon verbena before more familiar coconut and overripe peach and melon from these strata cones, melon rind too, lightly perfumed, super fresh and pure, with good minerality at the core of this, a soft mouthfeel thats quickened by its dryness and rushing carbonation, technically expert, and a killer overall showcase of this hop, about as well as anyone has done with it in a fresh hop context for my money. slightly weedy after a few sips, really distinct. i have not had nearly enough beer from these guys but ive been real stoked on the ones i have had, and none more than this. elite stuff that i would be happy to drink every day!

On tap at O’Shea Brewing Co. in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
Vibrant like the sun’s rays. Aromatic like the girl that you can’t get out of your mind. Freshly magnetic like Malandra Jr. singing about it. And just straight good like the feeling of trying your best - even if you failed. Life is about getting out there, my children. I say take that first step, and then who knows where the rest will take you.
