TO BE HONEST, it was probably time for another West Coast classic. This 7.2% clear IPA is chock fulla Mosaic, Mosaic Incognito, Citra, Cashmere, and Amarillo for a quintessential quintet of tropical & citrus flavors, with just the right touch of dank. Aromas of tropical fruit, blueberry, and light dankness saddle up sincerely beside flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, and fresh pineapple. Firm bitterness, lingering citrus, and a dry finish prove one thing - honesty's a delicious policy.

Clear amber with plenty of foam in the Zundert chalice. Lovely aroma of green melon with a citrus note. Very fruity stuff, but not juicy. Serious peach and tangerine taste with the array of citrus. Moderately sweet and fairly strong for that big hoppy brew experience. Overall this is quite delicious and just enough bitterness to be sure it's an IPA. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Canned the week of September 18, 2024 says the label.
