Clear golden brew with plenty of white foam in the big Stout glass. Pleasant light aroma of lime and straw. Sudsy and spritzy on the tongue. Not at all sweet. There is a resiny persistence that is interesting. Some melon taste and a bit of astringence in the aftertaste, but not really any bitterness. This is a thirst quencher with a mineral finish.
