Clear golden brew with fine-grained foam in the Saxo tulip. Lush and sudsy mouthfeel. Green herbal aromas with cucumber and mint. Quite tasty and unusual hoppy flavors. Seems like berries and grapes with a dark plum skins finish. Taste of lime peel and finally a rather bitter aftertaste. Overall this is an interesting lighter style of beer with plenty of flavor and bitterness worthy of an IPA. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'shea Brewing. Canned the week of Dec. 8, 2024.
