Clear yellow amber brew with long-lasting foam in the Faust Weizen glass. Sudsy and sharp on the tongue. Sweet and fruity, which seems like all these IPAs lately. Deeply melon tasting with peaches and something burnt and woody. There is a bitter, almost ash taste in the finish but it doesn't linger unpleasantly. Eventually the aftertaste does catch up with the bitterness. Very bold flavors. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated the week of Oct 28, 2024.
