A- pours deep brown in color with a one finger foamy khaki head that has short retention

S-maple, caramel, toffee, oaky bourbon, vanilla cream, brown sugar, chocolate, molasses, coconut macaroon

T- initial flavor is a maple and raisin bomb, literally tastes like maple soaked raisins. Mid-palate gives toffee, toasted marshmallow, chocolate and toffee. The finish brings out the barrel, adding oak and bourbon, which compliments the maple-caramel note. Lingers of maple, caramel, oak and vanilla

M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a syrupy mouthfeel that turns slightly creamy into the finish
