Clear golden amber brew with ample foam in the Bellegems Bruin glass. Inviting aroma of lime peel and a whiff of onion. Spritzy and tangy on the tongue with a medium body. Some malty taste and just slightly sweet in a pleasant way. The flavors start with honeydew and even some watermelon. More citrus and some lime peel in the finish.
Overall this is a tasty and different sort of hoppy brew. Less fruity and sweet than a lot of IPAs, and more refreshing. Moderate bitter aftertaste with some stems and a mineral touch. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated as Radiant beers always are: "Canned the week of February 17, 2025."
