Poured from a 16oz can into a Waterford IPA glass. Pours a slightly foggy but mostly clear golden color with two fingers of beautiful fluffy white foam head. Lots of pine and melon on the nose. But it’s quite muted compared to the taste in which I get layers of pine, citrus, dank weed, ripe melon and grassy notes. Fairly bitter but also pretty damn smooth for 8.6%. Full mouthfeel. Damn good.

Updated March 23, 2026 - Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Trappistes Rochefort chalice. The variety of hops is ludicrous, but somehow the brewers have not totally overdone the quantity. It's hugely fruity, sweet, and aromatic, but over the top and plenty bitter. Aromas of citrus and melon and flavor is more of the same with a sharp finish and bitterness in the back of the throat. Still, it's a big mouthful of flavor and alcohol if you're in the mood for it. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. No apparent date.
