Golden amber brew with abundant foam in the Troubadour tulip. Pleasant aroma of grain and a whiff of citrus. Sudsy mouthfeel. This has the classic malty flavor with pear and Cream of Wheat. Tangy lemony finish and that fruity nose. Slight bitter aftertaste with more malt and some yeasty zip. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. No apparent date.
