Our OG West Coast IPA from when we first opened features all Cascade Lupomax hops. This is our nod to the old school hop heads.

Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a goblet glass.
Mostly clear, dark gold colored body. Skim of white head. Leaves behind thin webs of lacing.
Aroma of citrus and pine.
Taste is hop bitter, with a good base of toasted malts. Flavors of orange, grapefruit, and pine resin. Aftertaste is bitter but retains some sweetness.
Medium mouthfeel. Bitterness does not burn but does dry the mouth. Very good carbonation.
Fits for style with its malt base and bitter hops.
