Single 12 ounce can from the brewery taproom in Montreal.
Pours a clear bright golden with a finger plus of creamy white head.
Nose of grainy, doughy malt - toast, some honey with floral/honeysuckle notes.
Sweet doughy, grainy malt on the palate - bread crust, honey but with spicy floral hops giving in to moderate finishing bitterness.
Full, rich mouthfeel - brightly carbonated with a good hint of the 7% ABV and a lasting bittersweetness.
A style I really like, and this is well done.
