Mexican lager made with soursop. Mellow and light on the palate, with notes of strawberry and apple. Made with New York malt and hops.

16oz can from Halftime. Hazy golden pour with a fizzy head, little bits of sediment. Sweetish aroma, fruity, I'm assuming the soursop. Taste is light pear notes, tinge of tartness, sweet, fruity. Finishes a bit dry, some stickiness.

Murky pale gold pour, virtually no head save some webbing. Smell is decently expressive with strawberry, lemon, lime, and hints of leafiness. Tastes like watery sprite soda, very odd. Feel has very high carbonation for maybe that is why my mind goes there so quickly with the lemon and lime. Otherwise feels light, wispy and dry. Interesting to have a beer with soursop but wanted it more in the spotlight that it is

A: The beer is rather hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that quickly died down, leaving only a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of strawberries and sour citrus are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, but has stronger flavors of sour citrus.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The soursop lends interesting aromas and flavors to the taste of this lager. It's easy to drink given its light-bodied nature and because the sourness isn't that strong.
